1. You have to be a fan of X or X Japan, Toshi, Yoshiki, hide, Pata, Taiji, or Heath. Er...yeah.

2. You should have a site. You know, so you can put the webring code on it. You don't have to have X Japan content on your site to join...all that's required is that you're a fan of the band. If you have an LJ and want to join, put the code in your user info page.

3. I don't care if it's a blog, fanfiction site, jrock site, personal site, whatever, and I don't care if there's yaoi content on it, but no blatently offensive sites please.

4. Put the code on your site in a visible place. If I get the submission and I can't find your code, I won't let you in.
